Winter Greens from the Garden to the Table
We picked some lettuce and green onions from one of the garden spirals this week, so I thought it would be a good time to show the progress of these winter crops. If you do some digging around, you can still find quite a bit of food at the CACG!
Garden Salad Dinner on February 8th, which includes CACG lettuce and onions, along with some tomato and cucumber.
Burrito dinner on February 7th
Lettuce, onions, broccoli and kale that was picked a couple hours before dinner on February 7th.
